At PraDocs.com, we do not ship physical goods. All of our services are cloud-based software solutions delivered digitally over the internet.

1. Service Delivery

• Upon successful subscription or purchase, your PraDocs account will be provisioned immediately.
• You will receive login credentials and access instructions via your registered email address.
• Access to PraDocs services is available 24/7, except during scheduled maintenance windows or unforeseen downtime (see our Service Level Agreement).
