• You agree to use Pradocs only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
• You shall not upload, store, or share content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, or violates third-party rights.
• You shall not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the system or interfere with the integrity/security of the platform.
• You shall not use the Service to transmit malware, viruses, or other harmful code.
• You shall not copy, modify, resell, or distribute any part of Pradocs without written permission.

• You retain ownership of any documents and data you upload to Pradocs.
• You grant us a limited license to host, store, and display the content solely to provide the service.
• You are solely responsible for the legality and accuracy of the content you upload.

• Some features of Pradocs may be accessible only through paid subscriptions.
• You agree to pay all applicable fees in accordance with your selected plan.
• All pricing and billing terms are subject to our Refund Policy.
• Failure to pay on time may result in suspension or termination of access.

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms or misuse of the platform.
• We may terminate or restrict access without notice in case of fraud, abuse, or unlawful activity.
• You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team.

• All trademarks, logos, software code, UI/UX elements, and related intellectual property are the exclusive property of Praathee Technologies Pvt. Ltd.
• You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or reproduce any part of the Service without express written consent.

• Pradocs may integrate with third-party services (e.g., Google Drive, Dropbox, SSO providers).
• We are not responsible for third-party content, practices, or services.
• You use such integrations at your own risk and under their respective terms.

• Pradocs is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free services.
• We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

• We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
• Our total liability for any claims related to the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 12 months.

• You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Pradocs and Praathee Technologies Pvt. Ltd. from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your use or misuse of the Service.
• Any content uploaded or actions taken under your account.
• Violation of these Terms or third-party rights.

• These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, specifically under the jurisdiction of the courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
• International users are responsible for compliance with local laws if they differ from Indian regulations.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
