At Pradocs, developed by Praathee Technologies Private Limited, we strive to deliver high-quality service and customer satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds, applicable to both domestic and international users.

1. Free Trial Policy
  • We offer a 14-day free trial for all new users, giving full access to explore the platform before choosing a paid plan.
  • No payment is required during the trial.
  • The trial includes access to core Pradocs features.
  • After 14 days, you must upgrade to a paid plan to continue.
  • ⚠️ Note: Refunds are not applicable if you subscribed after using the free trial. Please use the trial period to fully evaluate the product.
2. Refund Eligibility (Paid Plan Users Only)
  • If you subscribed to a paid plan directly without using the free trial, you are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase.
  • Conditions:
    • Must request refund within 7 calendar days of the original payment.
    • Applies only to first-time purchases, not renewals or upgrades.
    • Refunds are not available after 7 days.
  • How to Request:
    • Email us at support@praathee.com with:
    • Your registered email address
    • Payment transaction ID or invoice
    • Reason for cancellation

    We will verify and process eligible refunds within 5–10 business days.

3. Auto-Renewal & Cancellation
  • All subscriptions renew automatically (monthly or yearly).
  • You may cancel your plan anytime via your account dashboard.
  • Cancellation prevents future charges but does not entitle you to a refund if made after 7 days.
  • ℹ️ Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid being charged.
4. Upgrades & Downgrades
  • Upgrades: Charges apply immediately and are prorated.
  • Downgrades: Take effect at the end of your billing cycle.
  • No refunds are issued for unused subscription time due to downgrade.
5. Billing Disputes
  • If you notice incorrect charges or issues, contact our billing team at support@praathee.com within 7 days of the charge.
  • Do not initiate a chargeback before contacting us—this may lead to temporary account suspension during investigation.
6. Non-Refundable Scenarios
  • Refunds will not be provided for:
    • Users who started with the free trial
    • Requests made after 7 days of direct purchase
    • Renewals, upgrades, downgrades, or partial usage
    • Setup/customization fees, transaction charges, or taxes
    • Bank or currency conversion fees
7. International Users
  • Refunds are issued in INR or the original payment currency, depending on the gateway.
  • Any bank fees, conversion charges, or cross-border transaction fees will be deducted.
  • International refunds may take up to 10–15 business days due to interbank processes.
  • 💡 We are not liable for delays caused by banks or currency rate differences.
8. Refund Processing Timeline
  • Once approved, your refund will be:
    • Issued to the original payment method
    • Processed within 5–10 business days (domestic) or 10–15 days (international)

    You’ll receive a confirmation email once completed.
